Four Little Threads operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website and purchasing from Four Little Threads.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase our products.
When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment details and shipping address. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Four Little Threads creates handmade and made-to-order products. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in stitching, embroidery, beading, embellishments, positioning, sizing and other details are to be expected.
These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
Product photographs and previous designs are provided as examples. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a handmade or custom piece may not be identical to the item pictured.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, designs, colours, materials or embellishments where necessary.
SECTION 3 – CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS
Many Four Little Threads products are made specifically for the individual customer.
You are responsible for providing the correct spelling, names, colours and other personalisation information when placing your order.
Where a digital mockup is included, you will have an opportunity to review your design before production begins.
Once a mockup has been approved and work has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Our previous work may be used as inspiration; however, custom designs will not necessarily be reproduced exactly, and we will not knowingly copy another creator's original work.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from Four Little Threads.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing error, product availability issue or we are unable to fulfil the requested customisation.
Payment must be successfully processed before your order is confirmed.
Please carefully review your order and personalisation details before submitting it.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 5 – PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is placed.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCTION TIMES
Four Little Threads products are handmade, and many pieces require a significant amount of time to create.
Estimated turnaround or production times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the product, complexity of the design and current order volume.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
If your order is required for a particular date, please provide this information when ordering where requested. While we will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed where delays occur outside our control.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates provided by Four Little Threads, Shopify or the relevant postal service are estimates only.
Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 8 – PRODUCT SAFETY
Some Four Little Threads products contain small decorative components including beads, sequins and other embellishments.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our decorative banners, letters, keychains and heirloom pieces are not toys.
Products intended for decoration should be kept out of reach of babies and young children and should not be placed in or directly above a cot, bassinet or other sleeping space where they could be reached or fall into the sleeping area.
Customers should also refer to the Product Care & Safety information provided on our website.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Four Little Threads designs, photographs, artwork, text, graphics, branding, logos and other original website content remain the intellectual property of Four Little Threads unless otherwise stated.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Our products and photographs may be used by customers for normal personal purposes, including sharing photographs of their purchased pieces on social media.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Four Little Threads is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Four Little Threads.
Shopify is not the seller of Four Little Threads products.
