Returns & Refunds

Each Four Little Threads piece is handmade to order, with many items personalised or custom-designed especially for you.

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of my pieces, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations once work on your order has begun.

Please take care when entering names, spelling, colours and other personalisation details when placing your order. Four Little Threads cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.

For custom-designed pieces, where a mockup is provided, you’ll have the opportunity to review your design before I begin creating your order. Once your mockup has been approved and work has commenced, changes may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or there has been an error on my behalf, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos so I can make it right.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
