Shipping & Delivery

Every Four Little Threads piece is handmade by me in Queensland, Australia.

As my pieces are made to order, processing times vary depending on the product and my current order availability. Any estimated turnaround times shown when ordering refer to the time required to create your piece and do not include postage time.

Once completed, orders are shipped using Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, I cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Four Little Threads is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs that are outside my control, but please contact me if you experience an issue with your delivery and I’ll do my best to help.
