Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?
Every Four Little Threads piece is handmade to order. Current turnaround times are shown on the website and may vary depending on how busy my order books are. If you need your order for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering.

Can I choose my colours?
Absolutely. You can choose your preferred colours when ordering and I’ll use them as the starting point when designing your piece.

Can I choose the design on each letter?
Yes. I love making each banner personal to the little person it belongs to. You can include details such as favourite animals, flowers, nursery themes, special interests or other meaningful elements when ordering.

Will I see the design before you make it?
Yes. A digital mockup will be provided before I begin making your order so you can see the overall design and request any reasonable changes.

Will my finished piece look exactly like the mockup?
Your mockup is a guide for the overall design. Because every piece is individually handmade and embroidered, there may be small differences in placement, stitching, colours and embellishments. These little variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Can you copy a banner or design I've seen elsewhere?
You're very welcome to send inspiration, but I won't directly copy another artist's work. I'll create an original Four Little Threads design inspired by the colours, theme or ideas you love.

Can I change the font of my name banner?
The Four Little Threads lettering style is part of my signature design, so alternative fonts aren't currently available.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders aren't always possible due to the amount of handwork involved. If you have a particular date in mind, please contact me before ordering and I'll let you know what may be possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available to selected destinations. Shipping options and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Are the banners toys?
No. Four Little Threads name banners and keepsakes are decorative pieces only and are not toys. Please see the Product Care & Safety page for full care and safety information.
